I did not receive all the package.

Due to the size of the product, the  gazebo will be delivered to your address in 3 boxes. Usually, they don't arrive at the same time, so be patient if you've only received 1 or 2 boxes of them.

Is it easy to install?

The instructions have detailed installation procedures, and each part has a corresponding serial sticker. We recommend preparing a ladder, power drill, and gloves. Installation typically requires 3-4 people and takes 4-6 hours.

What should I pay attention to before purchasing.

Select the gazebo location, measure and clear the area to determine the appropriate size and type before placing your order. Ensure to verify any required permits or permissions for installation
